Excellent customer service . Needed travel advice that needed to be very accurate due to risks associated with a chronic health condition . The time and attention and care that was given to me was exceptional. The pharmacist took time to go away and do a really thorough literature search and look at all the available medical information for us , rang us twice with really good advice that went above and beyond vaccines. We ended up not needing the vaccines, so the input was in no way driven by anything financial. Far from it. I ended up feeling guilty given the time and effort that was clearly spent on this and then us not needing to purchase the vaccines. Thank you so much. Genuinely the best customer service.

I called into this Pharmacy today regarding an ear infection. Spoke with Mr. Nicholas Thorn who gave me time, a check of the ears and a treatment spray. This Pharmacy is so advanced in its equipment and customer service. I truly believe it is one of the very best in Cardiff and recommend it to anyone, Mr Thorn is excellent explains the situation and treatment and is highly specialised within his work. Thank you

Really, really good pharmacy. I live in Roath so am in walking distance of multiple other pharmacies but it?s worth the drive to have friendly, knowledgable staff, items in stock when you need them, quick turnaround times for prescriptions and so on. It?s night and day compared to the central Cardiff options which are chaotic and unorganised.

Never use this Pharmacy again! In absolute agony, but won't provide me with the prescription that I collect on a regular basis....but here's the hypocrisy....more than happy to SELL ME a small amount of my regular prescription over the counter!? The majority of the time they are great, ill give them that!But on occasion, you get someone picking up the phone that really doesn't G*** a S***!!!

It was Friday, 20 to 5, end of the day/week and I came to the pharmacy to pick something up and ask a few questions. Hayley J. provided amazing customer service, she was speaking with passion and dedication. She was really honest with me and I felt that she dedicated her time just to me, as she understood my concerns and questions. Great customer service is difficult to find, but rest assured that you will find one in this pharmacy. Hayley should be recognized for her expertise and passion. I will certainly be back.
