I visit the store from time to time and always receive excellent advice from a member of staff who is often there with blonde hair and glasses (I don't know her name unfortunately!). I can not fault her service and advice and I'm always impressed with the quality of the products purchased

Poor, it's gone down hill and the lack of customers will back it up. Asked about body warmer for my son to be told, 'not here, try cheep ones from Millets' So we did! ?
