We had a great experience from start to finish with Cardiff Windows & Doors. We were after a new front door for the house we'd just moved into. We tried the nationwide companies (Anglia, Everest etc) and they were wildly expensive for pretty low quality PVC doors. We got in touch with these guys and they were great. We went up to the show room where Nicola greeted us and showed us around. Explaining everything and answering all our daft questions. We ended up choosing a solid composite door along with side panels and fan light. All for a little over half what the nationals had quoted us for inferior PVC.John came to measure everything up and the install was booked. John and Mark arrived on the agreed date to install the door. It was done superbly and the old door was taken away by them. The new door glass had been matched to the previous stained glass exactly. (something the nationals wouldn't do). Everything was done to a high standard and all communications and interactions with the people at Cardiff Windows & Glass were a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

I can highly recommend Cardiff Windows and Doors. They were very professional throughout and incredibly competitive on price. John answered any questions we had and provided some great suggestions, and Mark and Neil did a great job with the installation. This is a fabulous local business that deserve every success.

Competitive quote for our new patio door and some replacement glass. Arrived earlier than expected. Fitters were clean, efficient and polite.Very pleased with the work and nice people to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

Cardiff Windows and Doors are not your normal windows and doors company. There technical knowledge and attention to detail comes first and is incredible. They take all the time needed to get things perfect during the consultation process and during the installation - ZERO pressure sales and no silly inflation then discounting that mars the window industries credibility. Their showroom allowed us to see and consider different options. They originally supplied flush casement UPVC and we went on to buy aluminum 'Origin' brand bi-folds, sliders and windows, as well as a composite barn door. Despite being a premium company, their prices are actually comparable and more competitive than many others in Cardiff - excellent value, services and products. We had our door fitted well over a year ago and received professional service throughout the purchasing and fitting process. However, the after sales service we received was truly outstanding. We had some issues with our door due to a design fault by the manufacturer and John and the team visited several times and took up our case with the manufacturer until everything was resolved satisfactorily. A reflection of the value they place on their customers and their reputation on delivering a first class service. I cannot recommend this company enough and won?t even consider using anyone else in future.

I am really very pleased with the windows I purchased recently from Cardiff Windows and Doors Ltd. Communication with the company was excellent. They responded to my initial enquiry quickly and every appointment they made they kept to perfectly. The windows look lovely and are even better than I had hoped. The installation by Mark and Neil was amazing. They were efficient, polite, tidy and expert at their job! I can?t praise Cardiff Windows and Doors highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great to do business with. Knowledgeable and supply excellent looking windows. The owners are involved in all aspects and pay attention to the detail in their quotation. Fitters are skilful, easy to have around and make sure their work fits into your schedule. Finished everything in the allotted time.

An excellent firm. I can recommend them from the office staff, valuation, the product used ( windows and doors in my case) to the workmen. They made the whole process of having new windows fitted straight forward. They were punctual. The workmen were polite and professional, working consistently throughout the day. When they left you wouldn't know they had been there other than the new windows and door. Wonderful! Use them they are great .
