Had my break pads changed here. My following MOT had an advisory on the break pads and I was told they were fitted incorrectly. This led to the break pads wearing down unevenly. You can see an incorrectly fitted break pad in the first picture (uneven wearing down) and correctly fitted break pad in the secondly picture. took the car back to Capital MOT and asked them to refit the break pads correctly. Capital MOT initially refused to look at the break pads. When they did look they refused to refit them correctly. They were unreasonable and did not want to listen to the MOT advice or see my certificate which had further details. I left feeling anxious and unsure what to do next. I was later shown by Kwik Fit, who refitted by break pads for free, that the pads had not been greased and the area not cleaned out which is best practice when putting in new break pads and most likely result in the poor installation of the pads.

My car needed urgent repair! Robert, the mechanic who fixed my car, not only he was polite and professional but he quickly identified the problem and fixed my car without delay. Been working perfectly fine since. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly go back to the same garage next time I need.

Great service, parts ordered and fitted the next day for a large van, had some trouble with other places having the space to fit me in, no trouble with these guys. Very Good Pricing , would recommend to anyone!

I was travelling on holiday and found his garage through .whocanfixmycar. They saw us even though it was late and very helpful, even though they could not repair there and then they were reassuring about the problem. I was ok to pay the fee from the website because it charges the garage, but best to them direct for great, friendly service and clear explanation of issues. Recommend.

It was my first MOT with Capital MOT. All the processes were smooth, George picked up the car around 11 am and brought back at 6 pm within the same day. Happy with the service
