We recently used Brooklinde to remodel some jewellery and use some stones that we inherited. Emma was really knowledgable and also very patient with us. She listened to exactly what we wanted but also gave us ideas and help when required. We are absolutely thrilled with the final pieces and still find it hard to believe that she was able to create the pieces for us - She is so talented! We would not hesitate to recommend. I?ve recently got engaged with a beautiful ring from Brooklinde, I can?t fault this beautiful piece of jewellery and cannot stop looking it! My fiancé said that Clare was extremely helpful in getting the ring he was envisioning in his head brought to life. The final product is absolutely stunning and I couldn?t have asked for better, knowing that this ring was designed for me makes it way more special too and I will treasure it forever. Thank you! I recently had my engagement ring remodelled and a band created containing sentimental diamonds and gold from a ring that belonged to my late Mother. I also had a bangle made from jewellery I no longer wore. This ticked all the boxes for having something totally bespoke and extra special to celebrate my 50th birthday. I cannot reccomend Brooklinde enough. I tried various other jewelers for an engagement ring, all of whom tried to upsell on budget and push away from what I wanted. Here I was listened to, advised, and taken through the process in an honest and upfront way, with frequent updates and I felt like nothing was too much trouble throughout. I recently made the emotional decision to combine my late mother's wedding band and engagement ring with my own engagement ring. Following a recommendation, I went to Brooklinde. Emma listened so patiently to my wishes and created a new ring that retained the original feel of both rings whilst placing them side by side on a new band. Claire and Emma are always very friendly and happy to give advice about jewellery, no matter how big or small the job. They?ve made beautiful gold bangles for me from earrings that I no longer wore, and have remodelled earrings that I was no longer able to wear, as well as carrying out a number of repairs on bracelets and rings. I wanted something special to celebrate my 40th birthday. Not only that but had the extra request of using my grandma's wedding ring as a part of the ring. Emma was fantastic at listening and helping us to design a bespoke engagement ring. She was very patient while we were picking out the stones and didn't mind ordering more to make sure it was perfect for us. Emma also made us matching wedding bands and this fits and sits perfectly up against the engagement ring. Having used Brooklinde many years ago to redesign a necklace that I wasn?t quite happy with & finding a lovely ring there, I knew this was where I wanted to find a unique wedding ring. Having seen one I liked. I began chatting to Clare & we discussed bespoking it to make it even more personal.She did a superb job. The ring is beautifully made, I felt part of the design process & the customer service was exceptional. All in all, a resoundingly happy experience of creating something so personal & unique.
