Recently called into your Pentywn store, happy with service until I got home. Cashier reduced a damaged item by £2 then added an extra bottle of Heinz ketchup for £2. Its bad at this time when you've got to check everything, not trusting the store t get it right. Mistake or not ? I'll leave it for you to decide couldn't get through to check.

Was not impressed, looked online to check if theys had artificial grass, said they did, went al up there couldn't find in store, asked at counter and on shop floor was told if it wasn't there then no, said I seen it online was told could be out back but doubt it, none went and checked or was offered the option that they could check with another store.

Good place for some cook bits and bobs not a very big bmn they do not stock all of the major items that you would normally stock staff were very pleasant and helpful some of the prices are a bit expensive compared to the pound shop in town

Staff are very friendly and always there to help he only down thing about it is that they do not have a freezer department there as where I live we have 2 BM which one is a freezer and fridge department store and the other is a general store with all the garden stuff DIY and home a fridge and freezer department which is very ideal it is a shame that they do not have this in Pentwyn as it would be ideal as my mother lives there and is unable to get out much to do her own shopping so it would be better if there was more variety of things like mine

B&M is a great place to shop. Since it's spring hubby and I have been super busy in the garden. I've bought seeds which have sprouted, plants which are still alive and pots. Really affordable to shop here.
