Store has been closed for over 6 weeks knowing there's just one in the whole of Cardiff and no alternative was made for customers, just shows customer satisfaction isn't a top agenda.

Oh I hated that lady answered my call she just hanged up on me because she doesn?t know what to do to deal with my issue.I wanted to exchange an apple watch that I got for a gift I just want to change the size and because Cardiff store is closed she didn?t know what to do she said that she will transfer the call and she transferred me to a number that no one will answer ughhhh.

I bought my MacBook 2 week ago. After my purchase I have been told to visit Bristol store for exchange or refund. I wanted to exchange with different size and colour. I am stuck with MacBook which I don?t want, as store is closed. No information available when they will open. Tried to contact apple service, they said as you purchased in store you will have to return in store. I have been regular customer of apple. Unfortunately this purchase experience is not good at all.

Twas a braish.I was a bit upset that when I entere the store I realised it was just electrical shiz and no actual apples. At least have some apple pies but alas my argument fell on deaf ears.Went to the fapple store with my boi h.ash.Was just before corona and we were buzzed we even took the bud vape in the store. No one said a thing!!!Can't lie the newbuck brations were Tim but standard bartions were heavy, mainly due to the nicerisation inside the store.I needed a USBC cable for my mackintosh slapbook. 20 squids not bad if mi say so.The capper behind the counter was in decent cap didn't try sell anything extra just provided some cap brations which were delightfully received.All in all a decent bration hence the 4 stars.Still on the hunt for a 5 star braish.If they were to improve anything a free apple pie with every purchase would be a major vibe. Would even accept a bakewellshart.Hold tight Steven jobless shame he ate that apple.

Extremely disappointed with this company! Just three months after purchasing a MacBook, I'm faced with a staggering repair bill of £550. It's more reasonable to discard it than to continue investing in this scam. Their service is simply terrible.

Friendly staff that were attentive as soon as we walked through the door. My fiancee had a problem with her phone and was sent to the technician straight away. He diagnosed the fault when plugged in and it worked. Very professional staff

Made a booking on line at the genius bar on line for repair. spoke to advisor with an issue with my daughter with her ipods one wasnt charging i even told him with a message of her condition, he told my autistic daughter she damaged them because they were soiled, so i asked the question why did you tell my 13 year old autistic daughter they were not covered has she has only had few months and he showed me images under microscope of a little earwax on the plate and i said there is bound to be ear wax under the microscope told me they were soiled damaged not covered what has a little wax under microscope got to do with not charging, told the sales advisor theres no way they are soiled damaged because they havent left her bedroom and the sales guy scooped even lower and tried to sell my autistic daughter they would be £69.00 for repair but she would need another one at £69 and case at £69 and he said better of buying the new generation 3 he wasnt interest in repair he only wanted to sell me new ones how i could tell this guy works on commission while my others had 6 months warranty apple store really need to sort out this aggressive sales tactics not happy!!! and i bet we are not the first to experience bad sales tactics by apple.

I went in today to buy an Apple Watch - I knew exactly which one I wanted. Staff wouldn't let me buy it without booking an appointment with an Apple specialist. Seriously? I've never seen that in an Apple Store before. Voted with my feet, no sale.
