Best way to describe the experience you get from going here...Its like walking into a benny hill sketch. A young lad on the counter who can not take a simple instruction of a post code to obtain account details. Another guy will then stand there and argue with you that you do not have an account because the young lad can not enter a post code. Any way, I placed an order that this branch had stock of. I drove 130 miles for them to tell me that they didn't actually have the part i required. Once again using wolseley group has cost me time and money and bad reputation with a customer. Staff un trained and have no desire for customer service. very very very loor
