Ordered through the Health Online app as done previously, to be told today its not there and it'll never come here and should always be collected from surgery.Went over to surgery to double check for them to say it was done on the 26th August and then for me to spot the following sign to say ut WILL go to your nominated pharmacy!!Absolute shambles of a pharmacy and from previous reviews seems I'm not the only one who's had enough

so after my doctor's appointment last week I was prepared to wait an hour for my prescription of just one asthma inhaler as they usually expect you to wait an hour. They said they couldn't do it that day and asked if I could pick up the next day, neither i or my fiance drive and I have medical conditions that means I can't just walk to the pharmacy whenever I want. My fiance goes back today and yet again they can't process the prescriptions today and he/we have to go back tomorrow!! It's absolutely ridiculous! It's a good job he walked or that would have wasted money on 2 taxis! He really struggles during the heat as well as he has hyperhidrosis. They just expect you to call in several times just for one prescription whenever is convenient for them regardless of your circumstances! Absolutely ridiculous! My parents can go to their village pharmacy and get their prescriptions within about 20minutes the same day! This pharmacy is useless!!

caerphilly branch the staff are ignorant and rude slow on the phone and in person, lisa the current manager being the main culprit, how you bunch of dragons sleep at night I do not know, hands down worst pharmacy in caerphilly (probably wales) prescriptions wrong if you are lucky enough to get them after waiting 45 minutes avoid the dump like Corona virus

The older lady that works on the tills is always extremely rude. I dont see why they have posters all over their walls asking people for respect because respect goes both ways, and its not just once, its everytime me or my partner go to get our prescription. Not only is she very rude, she also makes you wait for longer than needed while chatting away to people behind the counter. I have also wintessed her being so rude to the older customers that do not appear to understand everything that's actually going on and instead of helping she gets visibly agitated with them. Shouldn't be working as a front line health worker period. Shocking

They say front line health workers are suffering from a lack of respect. Well it works both ways. The woman on the till is a disgrace. Happy to chat away for ages to her mates when they come in, making herself feel important by telling the world about how she knows a poor little boy who was recently killed by a dog (how sad must you be to get your kicks from that - anybody suffering from grief wouldn't be proudly telling the whole shop). But when it comes to doing her job she is lazy, dismissive and incompetent. She turned away a prescription because she was too busy and it wasn't important enough. You would think she is some highly qualified medical professional, not a jumped up shelf stacker.

AVOID FOR ONLINE ORDERS OR THEY'LL "HAVE YOU" A colleague Trudy felt it polite to declare to the entire branch "if you have something to say you will say it to my face" of another customer and "ill have him" when he left. Frankly I was disgusted and it was an incredibly awkward situation to be in. I am assuming you aren't aware that your employees talk to customers like this? I am an NHS employee myself, and I can't imagine what trouble I would be in speaking to somebody so disrespectfully.

The staff are pretty good but lately they blame my doctors for prescription mistakes but i know its not my doctor's . My meds are very addictive they think nothing of telling me to come back in 4 days time by then I suffer terrible withdrawal.Terribly short staffed you can tell that then they get the blame.To top it all off , short pharmisict meaning shop is now closed half way through the day.They look run off their feet. It's not right or fair on them. People don't realise they are very short staffed it's not their fault. I think there is a crisis.

Terrible. Understaffing is no excuse for lies and sheer incompetence. The female pharmacist is rude and obnoxious when you enquire about a repeated mistake that has been made with your medication, and blames the GP surgery!

Staff are lovely but female pharmacist is unbearably rude! My script didn?t come from doctor as planned and she refused to loan me enough medication for weekend. I?m now left with no meds which I need daily to function without pain. Other pharmacies have loaned previously but she flatly refused. She also speaks to people like they?re scum

Despite having regular repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy for over 3 years, they still mess up my meds. "It's not our fault, we are understaffed." I have been hearing that for ages. Communication with the customers is non existent, as is any empathy.

So so slow, no rush at all. When asked why so slow they are under staffed!!! But come in, it?s not a hard job!!! Dispatch, collect prescriptions and issue drugs!!! There was 4 staff and only one serving, they couldn?t find prescriptions and just didn?t seem to care!! Waited over 1.5hours to be told one of them wasn?t here, need to check in drs! When went over they hadn?t been reordered, so again the pharmacy lost the repeat

The most rude, obnoxious people that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Organisation skills are zero and always blame the Surgery. Thank God the Drs are,Tip Top.
