She was amazing. I was looking for materials for a patio, including Indian sandstone brown multi. Needing 32 m sq, each pack contained 15. I needed 4 single slabs. She looked around the yard for three that were registered on the system but couldn't find them. She checked the system and found that Coleford had what I needed. Paul contacted his Sales Manager and local area rep and secured the 4 I needed and arranged for them to be delivered to Caerphilly. What excellent customer service. Talk about above and beyond!
