Very poor service throughout. We have rented a property through Fussells/Aktons for 7 years and had multiple inspections without issue. When we decided to terminate our tenancy due to a £275 pcm increase and no investment in the property during that time the tone changed.We were hit with numerous insignificant and incorrect points in an attempt to retain our bond for the landlord, despite agreeing that normal wear and tear over 7 years was expected.It was disappointing and obvious to see that they only had the landlords interests in mind in order to keep the property on their books.

Arranged a viewing with my son, waited half hour only to be told it'd already been let. Didn't even bother to tell me. Totally unprofessional and will never use again.

I have rented my property out with Fussells for a number of years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sheryl has been superb throughout, professional and very proactive. Living hundreds of miles away I feel assured that the property is well looked after by Fussells.

Late show for the photgraphs and wasn't informed they were going to be late. My wife had to ring up and find out when they were coming. The photographer was late due to an administrative issue, no fault of the photographer. After that the service was absolutely amazing. The photos were taken and on the same day our house was up on zoopla and rightmove with the photos to a high quality to which we were very happy about. We were informed by a phone call of viewings booked and this was followed up by a text message and email and this was also the process when we had any offers. The staff were always very helpful, polite and professional and were always available when we had any questions to ask. If it wasnt for the little mishap with the administrative error it would have been 5 star. I would 100% recommend and if I was to move again I would definitely be using Fussells/Pinkmove.Just to add that they were by far the cheapest out of the 4 estate agents we had to value our house which had no effect on the service provided.

Fussells mismanagement of letting out my house reduced its value to half of that when they themselves advertised it for sale. After their chosen tenant left Fussells themselves told me it was now worth half the price they estimated before their tenant moved in. Fussells put this down to normal wear and tear. Has YOUR house lost half its value in 11 years through normal wear and tear?

They let my property be totally destroyed by the tenant they chose, never did inspections I paid monthly for, result, house worth less than half its value before they let it out. Ruined my life.

Made a long 45 mile journey to a pre-arranged appointment for a house viewing on Saturday 25th August at 12PM.Nobody showed up. I called the main office and was told "I will check where the agent is now and get right back to you."They didn't get back to me.I called again later in the day asking for an explanation and they said they'd call me back again.Once again, they didn't.When people make the effort to visit properties you have listed, you need to make sure your agents turn up.If I was selling a house in the area, I would NOT recommend Fussells - they can't even get the appointments in order. Customer care is non-existent.Whoever is responsible for not meeting me on the above appointment needs a disciplinary - this is not the way to run a business.Very very disappointed and I will purposely not buy a house from you. I will let the vendor know about what has happened because it is unacceptable. They are the ones paying for a service that they aren't getting from you.
