The customer assistant was absolutely lovely and I can't fault that.\\nHowever, everything else was a problem:\\nI accidentally dropped my phone in water and coincidentally I'd received a text from EE a few days prior telling me I was due for an \\\"annual device MOT\\\" after a year of having my phone. So, I booked the appointment online with a timeslot. When I arrived at this shop I tried to explain the situation and they said \\\"yep, we can do that for you\\\". The booking email had told me the appointment was supposed to take about 20 minutes, but they went into the back for literally a couple of minutes before returning. They said \\\"there's no water damage, it's just your battery life that's an issue\\\". However, 2 weeks later my phone came up with a water damage notification which meant I couldn't charge my phone, and I had to replace it (luckily I had insurance). So, with the very short amount of time they took plus the undetected water damage, I'm convinced that the shop assistant didn't understand what she was actually supposed to do and just went into the device optimisation in the settings (you know, the \\\"check your phone's health\\\" feature where it gives you a score out of 100?) which I could have done myself, not a full physical check which was promised in the booking.\\nEdit: they didn't use the specific \\\"EE device MOT\\\" app, and didn't even mention it. (I only found it just now on a Google search)\\nAbsolute waste of my time and transport money.

Service I received from Kylan and a few other members of the team was excellent. Helped me out in all aspects and sorted any issues that I had really quickly. A trip here for anything 'phone' is a must. Whether you're looking for a new handset or simply just some advice, you'll be warmly welcomed and if you are looking to buy, the people here employ a no pressure approach, and are very informative. They know their stuff!! I highly recommend a visit
