Extremely rude lady . No manners what so ever and could do with a attitude adjustment.Very uncouth .Calling me "lovely girl" with an extremely bad attitude. Putting words into my mouth .Apparently, she is the owner of the shop .Clearly needs a better education and some etiquette to go with it .Thankfully, I don't live locally so I do not have to use this post office.I feel for those who have to deal with her sour personality on a daily basis.
