Unprofessional Manager (short female, glasses, welsh attitude) - took my satchel for a refund due to a manufacturing fault. She wasn't interested and washed her hands of the issue. Won't be dealing with Tommy Hilfiger again given the poor customer service on offer time and time again

Tried to take item back to exchange for different size? Staff were really helpful, but the manager was really rude and not customer service friendly, considering she had 25 years experience in the business? Will not be buying nothing from there ever again!!!!!?
