Had an issue with the zip on a summer coat I bought 13 months previously. I hadn?t worn it much because it was bought in October. However, the team did the right thing by me and replaced the coat, with hardly any questions, and minimal fuss.I cannot fault this kind of service. Would highly recommend this store.

One star too generous. Group of females leave store alarm sounds. Two or three couples enter store alarm sounds again, intimidating looking couple walk on, older couple walk on, disabled couple challenged by scruffy balding member of staff with radio, wife forced to open bag, husband made to Walk in and out of store, husband is disabled. Obviously no sign of crime, just embarrassed and belittled by a scruffy balding member of staff with a radio on a power trip. Complaint too center management and timberland UK.Legal action for disability discrimination will be taken.
