Staff very rude, did not show acknowledge 3 of us entering the store. Was looking to buy 7 suits but after not even a hello or can I help you we turned around and left. Shame as I did like the look of some of the suits

I had a fantastic experience at Scopes in McArthurGlen Bridgend while shopping for a new 3-piece suit. The shop offers a great variety of suits suitable for various occasions, and the prices were quite reasonable.The standout feature of my visit was the incredibly attentive service provided by the lady who assisted me. I must have requested 4 or 5 different sizes in trousers and jackets, and she was patient and helpful throughout the process. Her knowledge and willingness to assist made the shopping experience enjoyable.In the end, thanks to the assistance of the staff member, I found the perfect suit that met all my requirements. Scopes in McArthurGlen Bridgend is definitely worth a visit for anyone in search of quality suits and excellent customer service.

My husband and I visited looking for a new outfit for a wedding. We were not hassled by sale staff, left to try on until we found something suitable. Good selection and some lovely quality sale products, however not a great selection of items for my husband who is 6'5" and needs a long line jacket and trousers. They also have a good selection of ties. All in all a positive visit.

Visited this store on 8 June 2023. We were looking for a suit for my sons prom. We worked with Anna, who was fantastic. She understood the look my son wanted and offered suggestions regarding size to get started. We had found a suit and shirt he loved but she made amazing suggestions regarding the tie and shoes that absolutely completed the outfit. I can?t add any photos as my son wont let me, but I?ll be honest I?ve not seen my son so happy when shopping ? We know where to come next time we are looking for a suit.

Charmaine was amazing when we popped in on Friday looking for a suit.
