Oh my! I feel I just have to speak up in regards to the branch of your pharmacy in Kenfig Hill.The service here is absolutely shocking!It is always full of customers who are waiting to be noticed, let alone actually spoken to or served! Several members of staff all standing behind their big screens, chatting aimlessly to one another about what they're having for lunch, or doing after work, whilst potentially ill and sick customers are left standing desperately waiting to get their medication.When one person does decide to finally step into the customer area, it's often to take one prescription, then disappear again for yet another 20 minutes of chat.This has been like this for at least the past 12 months. What on earth is the problem with the staff there? There isn't one decent, conscientious, customer focused person there! Please, please sort your business out. This place is integrative to the local community, its reached intolerable levels now.They don't answer the phones either. The total disregard for the customers is unbelievable in what's meant to be a caring, compassionate part of our health service.

The most rude and unpleasant staff work here. You can be in there for 10 minutes before anyone comes out to serve you even though there are several people out the back chatting away. When you give them your prescription they snatch it off you, huffing and puffing and then tell you to go back in 3 days! 3 days to take a box off a shelf? Really?? I work in retail and if I did my job as badly as these people do theirs, I wouldnt have one. Avoid this place.

Lady with the grey hair bob, is one of the rudest people I have ever met.Spoke to me in the most unprofessional way, in front of everyone, including the manager, who basically did nothing.
