DO NOT GO HERE...They offer you low prices on gold and if you accept the assistant gets commission on the difference of what it's really worth. They refused to tell me the scrap price they buy at when I rang them.

Whenever i go the system doesnt work!! Not friendly service at all. Online it says they close at 6pm but they don?t serve after 4.50pm as they are counting money and have a chat.

Appalling service trying to get euros on line no help in store and Head Office who I rang in store couldnt give a Monkeys ....went to Regenerate bridgend by Peacocks 3 euros better to thepound and staff great said a lot of cutomers had.compalined about Ramsdens Go there!!!

RudeMy mother sent my girlfriend her birthday gift of 100 dollars. Couple days later I went to reimburse my mom the money and was caused of laundering money. Terrible service
