Just wow! I have previously ordered from here as I was introduced via my friend. I placed an order yesterday and made a mistake my end I messaged and I was replied to immedietly. Youd be surprised how big Lizzy's shop is inside. We went to purchase nomination charms for my wife's watch, but there is so much more inside, we'll worth a visit for anyone purchasing gifts for loved ones or friends.

Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful.I drove to Swansea to buy my bracelets and charms, and will be giving them my business in future, they were brilliant... such a shame as Bridgend is my local store. Will be recommending my family and friends do the same.
