I was looking for a particular item on the dunelm website and could not find it in store however the customer service person was able to locate the item using an ipad, checking stock level and discount deals live in store. “I've got to say, it's one of the best shops in Bridgend! All nice and clean, they always seem to have a fab window display. The staff are very friendly. There was hand sanitizer available as I go in and a one way system , being Covid 19 ready, keeping everyone safe. “My partner and I went to the Bridgend store today as we were looking to upgrade to a bigger bed. Marcus was amazing and couldn’t have done any more to help us. We were originally looking at a super king bed but he had us to try out the different sizes as he assured us we wouldn’t need more than a king and he was right it was perfect! Most people would try squeeze as much money out of the sale as possible, but no Marcus managed to find us the perfect new mattress and bed within the budget we agreed. “The store feels a bit dated, but there is a wide range of products to choose from. What stood out to us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. On both of our visits, we were served by a lovely blonde lady whose name we haven't caught yet. She is always super friendly and makes you feel like you are her top priority. She is a credit to this store and definitely brightens up our shopping experience. Overall, despite the dated feel of the store, the helpful staff make it a pleasant shopping experience.”
“A large shop offering a wide variety of products, including wall art and soft furnishings, art and craft supplies, pet food, toys and games, and products for the garden. The staff seem to replenish the shelves fairly often so most items are usually in stock.The staff here are very friendly and usually happy to help you find things if you can't find them yourself.There is a large free car park here (shared with the other shops) and you can usually find a space near the shop entrance. There are also some disabled parking spaces located near the shop entrance.”
