Halfords Bridgend charged my girlfriend over £200 for spark plug change which cost £50 (parts and labour) at the previous garage she used before moving.I checked with another local garage after this and they said this was unbelievable, and that Halfords Bridgend has a bad reputation for things like this.Really disappointed considering this is a chain of garages and while you may expect to pay slightly more you don't expect to be ripped off.

Great Customer Service, I have had a great experience and After getting my part?s and product?s from Halfords my car is now in my opinion as good as a new one, being a 3rd hand 12 year old car (Renault Megan 3, 16v VVT) Break?s/Spark Plugs/Gearbox and Engine oil?s have been changed since February 10th, I have done the work myself but it?s now as Sporty as it could be?I appreciate the ?Motoring Club? benefits and haven?t used all of the offers yet as I have had My Car for a only a few month?s, but I?m going to be looking forward to the benefit?s of this when required. Thanks

I recently bought a new E-Bike and was helped by David at Bridgend branch. He was superb in getting me the right deal and going through what the bike would be like compared to my old bike. I am completley happy with my purchase and would recommend the branch to anyone.

I bought a Nextbase Dash cam 522GW online with Halfords. I had an issue with it wereby it wouldn't turn on correctly and was malfunctioning. I drove to this store and they took it from me and within 30mins of waiting, they had replaced the device after fault diagnostics with the Next Base. The store was easy to find, good parking, easy disabled entrance. Very spacious and extremely helpful staff who had a lot of patience. Would recommend coming to this store for bike,vehicle and outdoor essentials.

Good experience. Had pre ordered some items, joined the premium club- that?s turned out to be very useful I?ve saved double the premium 12 month fee so far and have only had it less than 3 months. Good prices good quality? highly recommend
