“Displays not attractive and had air of jumble sale. No staff readily available on shop floor to help. This has not been our experience in the past. Next need to up their game again. This has always been our first port of call. They are situated in a prime position but seem to have lost their edge.”
“A large shop offering a wide variety of products, including wall art and soft furnishings, art and craft supplies, pet food, toys and games, and products for the garden. The staff seem to replenish the shelves fairly often so most items are usually in stock.The staff here are very friendly and usually happy to help you find things if you can't find them yourself.There is a large free car park here (shared with the other shops) and you can usually find a space near the shop entrance. There are also some disabled parking spaces located near the shop entrance.”
“Collected an order no problems received message telling me it was ready for collection.pity you can't add nectar points at the till .they say link them online.have tried a few times without success.need more staff at busier times”

“Staff helpful and friendly but when I visited the changing rooms were not available due to covid even though other stores were offering this facility. Lack of flexibility to reflect what was happening in the stores around them. After several purchases and quick visits to the toilet block to try on clothes we abandoned M\\u0026S and made purchases elsewhere.”
