“A huge thankyou to Sharon on self service today. My mother-in-Law is in hospital and wanted her daffodil pin for today, St David’s day, which we couldn’t find. My husband couldn’t find one in store either and asked her if you sold them as she was wearing one . He explained why he wanted one.She said no it was her own. He said no worries. After he paid for his shopping she came over and handed her OWN daffodil pin to him and said it’s for you mother in hospital.Such a kind gesture and my 93 year old mum-in-law will be thrilled to have it. Many thanks again Sharon.”

“Good, clean shop with excellent range of fresh, frozen and dry products. Also lottery and parcel point. There is normally somewhere to park outside. They also have a freshly baked area where there are pasties, sausage rolls and cream slices. This is one of my favourite shops in the area.”
“Conveniently placed in shopping centre with ample parking. Very clean with good staff. Wide range of products, not particularly cheap but saves travelling to out of town hypermarkets.”

“This is a very nice shop.it is clean and tidy and has all the basics. Conveniently open till 10pm. With parking outside. Efficient date checking was seen. Fresh bread and pastries were being put out when I arrived and the staff were working quickly they were polite and friendly. “I only commented because i saw the one star review - I hate arrogant customers and as i currently (never have) dont work for them and the chances of a potential employer seeing this is low GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN!! - Its a great shop which i am glad to say i dont go anymore - when i did all the staff were great and were only to keen to get me intoxicated with something”

“Nice little shop for your top up shopping or a last minute shop. There's quite a good variety of food, drinks and other things for the house but not everything you need. It's quite handy as a local shop but prices aren't the cheapest”
“It's improved so much lately, and they've stopped trying to give away copies of the awful Sun.Great selection of produce for a small store.The breakfast wrap in the hot section is delicious, love the bacon and cheese turnover too.Use by dates are a bit all over the place so make sure you check the dates on everything before buying.”

“Excellent range of products at decent prices. This shop is much improved since the refurbishment. They stock, among other things, crisps, chocolate, lottery tickets newspapers, frozen food and ice cream. There is no car Park but there is normally parking available out the front. Staff are ok.”
