Just asked whether they did colour mixing to create a Farrow and Ball colours, short sharp response saying that Dulux and Crown 'do over 20,000 so that's enough', no further help, couldn't wait to get off the phone. Not helpful as they've just missed out on a large contract.

Excellent knowledge that led us to choose Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell over some of the more well known Eggshall paints.We are delighted, coverage was superb and easy to apply.We are now strict converts to Dulux Trade paints.I'm about to order more of the same.
