I went into the store late on Sunday in a blind panic because I had lost my phone. Stacey and James were there and were amazing. They helped me out. They worked well as a team, they gave me all the information I needed, what my options wetr and put me at ease. I Would recommend this store 100% because of the service the both ofthem gave. Awful they think of sales, more than the customer.Go in to get your phone fixed and straight away, hassle you to take out a new contract. They have no morals. I have heard them try and sell contracts that are over priced. There is a young boy in the Abergavenny branch who is very pushy. I was with EE for years, but since my encounter with him I have moved to a different provider. If going to go in, make sure you know they will try and get a sale from you, stand your ground, you have warranty on your phone for a reason, not for a new phone.
