DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR!Got a £100 parking fee just for looking around. Enforcement letter claims there are "notified terms". They are hidden well. AVOID!

Parking is horrific on an evening, especially for swimming lessons. Not worth the hassle. It needs to double in size as it stands although the fact they are squeezing 10 kids into some of the swimming lessons won?t help with the demand on the car park. Needs more engaging swim instructors (stage 2 specifically)

Great if you don't mind skinning your knees when you swim laps.The shallow end of the pool is TOO shallow, what was once a great place has been knocked down for a poor replica.The only redemption is the sauna, but even that is poor.Staff are rude and unfriendly, prices have skyrocketed and now there's no decent place to swim in Washington unless you can afford to travel there.

It was cold. Nice when you get in properly though. Good changing facilities and a big pool there also got slides that are on during the school holidays and weekends

Dreadful staff, people who sit on the front desk have a face that would curdle fresh milk. Can?t reply to emails. Avoid at all costs, enjoy the parking fine you?ll probably get when their equipment isn?t working.

Nice staff, good teachers.Parking far too small.The only one sink to wash hands after using toilet is broken for about 2 years.Lot of changing rooms.Closed to early on weekend - for lot of people the only chance to come with kids.

I have only used the gym so that is all I am basing my review on.Parking here gives me hunger games vibes. In peak times you may have 200+ people coming here but only enough parking for a quarter of them (these numbers aren?t accurate).Once you?ve done enough laps of the car park to qualify for the Grand Prix and finally got a space you meet the reception team. I came here to register for the gym and the impression I got from the two staff I dealt with wasn?t great. They weren?t rude but they had a lazy attitude.Once I eventually got registered and signed in I got changed, the changing rooms are alright. Plenty of lockers, they aren?t huge but enough for a set of clothes and a gym bag.I?m never a fan of leisure centre gyms but I was only here for the week so I thought I?d bite the bullet. I am used to a conventional gym that is a gym only, nothing else. Obviously the gym here is part of a centre so there is going to be some differences but this gym isn?t big thus meaning there isn?t the same amount of equipment as one would expect.Most of it is technogym equipment. Again I don?t have a preference of manufacturer but I find technogym equipment (that isn?t cardio) pretty basic and unnatural. This was confirmed upon my week in the gym. In peak times you will have to wait for equipment to be free or improvise. Maybe it?s better out of peak times? The gym staff (trainers) were too busy socialising with their friends who were in the gym to keep an eye on the safety of the gym goers.All in all with the hassle of parking, the behaviours of the front desk staff and the quality of the gym I can?t really score it any higher than a 2 star. I feel one star would be too harsh.

Such a badly designed leisure centre in so many ways, compared to the old one, which was excellent! Some staff in here are awful and unprofessional, and need to improve there manner with customers. Prices are also getting ridiculous and now must be capped, or even reduced!!

Had to pre book and pay which was fine. Only big pool was available and it was quite cold. Had 45 minutes time allowed.
