I ordered my medication a week and a half ago when I had two weeks left of my current medication heard nothing form them so went in today to pick it up thinking they just hadn?t notified me. But no I was informed the medication was out of stock. When I asked where I could get it they provided me with the prescription and I was told to get it somewhere else. What I want to know is why didn?t they contact me straight away to tell me it was not in stock I could have have started looking then. Luckily Tesco had it in so no harm done but they didn?t seem bothered at all. Will be changing pharmacies.

My experience with this pharmacy can be hit & miss, mostly depending on which member of staff serves you. At times communication is poor and other times, open and clear. I took a prescription in this week, handed it over to the girl and not a word was exchanged as she took it from me. She walked away with it, I stood for 5 mins, then decided to sit down, all the time left wondering how long is it going to take? and is it even going to be done today?. Eventually my name was called out 30 mins later. I'm not grumbling at the length of time it took as I fully appreciate that pharmacies can be run off their feet especially when a member of staff down, however just a tip, it is useful to know apx how long it might be, some indication,and if I can expect it to ready on that day.

Ordered my repeat prescription on 31st May, now 8th June, still hasn?t been delivered, I rang yesterday and told it would be delivered, it wasn?t, this chemist is totally incompetent I have this bother all the time, hit and miss when medication delivered!

Fantastic chemist! Lovely staff ! Makes u wellcome outstanding service! I recommend you go there ! Next to our village green surgery that's a fantastic doctors aswell outstanding service they do aswell again this chemist is one the best in North East! They do outstanding work outstanding service! Absolutely disgusting the way I was spoken to by the young unprofessional male member of staff. I felt sorry for the elderly gentleman in front of me who was told by the young lady with dark hair he would have to come back tomorrow. There are so many people who would love a job but these two incompetents got it, they must have had someone else fill in there application.

The staff at the pharmacy Crow Bank are forever patient and kind and do their utmost to get prescriptions ready as soon as possible. Thank you for all being so professional and efficient and kind.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this chemist, made to feel like they are doing you a favour, won't ever use these again, staff need training in customer service as they are the rudest people I have ever met.

Absolute joke. Waited 5 days for important medication, rang on day 5 to ask if was ready. Told would be ready at 2.30, went at 2.45 still hadn?t been checked by pharmacist came back 10 mins later que around the surgery and only one person serving. Staff are abrupt and don?t care that your waiting for a long time. Changing pharmacies

A very efficient, clean tidy & professional chemist (pharmacy) in a nice green & pleasant setting (location). The staff are polite, very friendly, helpful & dedicated. Whatever your needs maybe, whether it be a private (delicate) matter in which you'd prefer to talk about in the privacy of the consultation room & or if your happy to just discuss over the counter within the actual shop, you'll be put at ease & find this pharmacy & the staff to be a very comfortable setting in which you can deal with & get invaluable information pertaining to your medical ailment. You will be treat with utmost respect & confidentiality & be able to obtain the right advice & assistance in both a timely & efficient manner. All in all this is most definitely a chemist & or pharmacy that I'd highly recommend to anyone requiring personal medical advice. It also has wide selection & availability of over the counter products ranging from dental & baby care to treatments for both cold & flu symptoms as well as being stocked with both personal hygiene & other essential medical products, it even sells basic pet (both cat & dog) flea & worming solutions. You'll find just what you need here or be abel to gain the relevant & correct insight to over come a wide variety of medical conditions & symptoms.
