Our lady Joanna made everything so simple and straight forward for us.We were greeted straight away and she talked us through everything and advised us on what sofa would fit in our new home, what fabrics would be appropriate for our family of kids and dogs, the style literally everything.We were very impressed and can?t wait to chill out on our new mermaid style sofa!Thank you Jo! I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Sofas at Sofology. I was greeted by Joanna and she was amazing - explaining everything I needed to know to get the best sofa that was suited to myself and my living room. This was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and Joanna went above and beyond. Definitely will go back in the future

Been looking ages for a new sofa and popped into sofology at north shields while over that area, soon as we went through the door all staff were friendly polite and helpful especially the store manager Steve, anyway this was a few months back we saw a sofa that we liked but weren't in a position to buy really as my wife was having tests for cancer so wanted to wait for the results, unfortunately the results came back positive and is now having chemo so to cheer her up i said lets go and get the sofa you want. North shields is not the nearest store to us by far but the reception we got felt we had to go there, e-mailed them to make sure they were open as was christmas week, we were met on arrival with a plant as a gift for my wife from steve the manager which was a lovely gesture from him. We have been in every store looking at sofas and pound for pound these seem to be decent value not the cheapest but seem better quality than most. fingers crossed the delivery goes as good. I can highly recomend steve and his staff at this north shields store. Faultless in every way. Oh we went for the cadenza sofa a 4-corner-2 if i can i will up load pics when it arrives.

*** update on below- we have now been told that we need to wait 12 weeks for the legs to our sofa to arrive. So all in all sofology are asking us to wait five months for a sofa we paid for. Absolutely disgusting service. Absolutely would not recommend sofology EVER!*** The actual sofas would have received 5 stars but the service has been atrocious for the price you are paying. Our sofas arrived nearly 5 weeks ago with no legs. The delivery guy took photos and promised someone would be out within 24hours to get them to us and fitted. The next 4-5 weeks have been phone calls from sofology saying we need to "search" for the legs inside the sofa despite the fact the delivery guys couldn't find them. Then we had calls asking for pictures, then we had calls asking for the batch number, then we had calls asking for a PHOTO of the batch number, then we got silence. I have since complained and we have been told they are "in the post". Considering you are paying thousands through sofology, the customer service has been truly shocking. Wouldn't go through them again.

Received my Sofa and it is faulty emailed customer services about the fault and still waiting to hear back from them.Also I bought the cover for the Sofa which was £300, I was told by the sales assistant that it covered everything and when I received the details for it, it doesn?t cover wear and tear so not really sure what it covers, so will probably have to go to the store and find out.Unfortunately I don?t think I will be buying anything else from Sofology.

EVEN AFTER FORMAL COMPLAINT - HEAD OFFICE DO NOT CARE.
Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also. According to head office, it?s also acceptable for staff to make comments relating to age income. I cannot explain just how poor this company are to deal with.
