i been to a few car wash places in newcastle and this one is the best and do good job and good in price as i have suv and cost £6 pounds and i paid £8 as them did extra on car and did good job

Might be helpful to inform people you switch off the pumps 10 minutes before 'closing time' - especially if access is inhibited by maintenance work, or switch off the sign before you decide to close early next time.
