Kitchen turned up 2 days late after I had booked fitters . They said there truck broke down . Transfer it to another truck and deliver it as promised.

Just been into B & Q. I prefer to be served by a person rather than scan. However, there was somebody ?serving? except I had to scan the items myself. What was the point ? Either you have someone serving properly or you don?t.

Went in to grab some paint, there was an elderly man on the till infront of me about 70 if not older, he wanted a till with a person on it but now b&q are scan your own things, the man asked for help as he didn?t understand how to use the tills himself and the man on the counter told him to use the scanner and scan the barcodes the man still not understanding the man that worked there still didn't help and he told him if he can?t do it himself then to just leave so the old man just left and didn?t get anything. I think it?s absolutely disgusting the way he was treated and they should have helped him

It's absolutely shocking that there is no till on for people who can't or in my case won't use self-service I once dared to comment that they are taking jobs away from staff one of the staff members gray haired older woman shouted at me across the tills she was sick of people saying that . She was fuming Well I just looked at the lad that was serving me and said oh she's not in a good fettle he just laughed next time I went I asked if someone would help me and I was told you have to do it yourself .I said I don't know how to do it and got told you have to .Well I just left my trolley and went home .I think some of the staff not all. need some training on manners specially the older gray haired womanI doubt I will be back never known staff treat customers so disgusting
