Have been a regular customer here for many years and have slowly watched them go downhill. Poor stock levels on many items and poor cheap quality products often with no readily available better alternative without waiting til the next day. As a tradie it doesn't really help me. Don't get me wrong, some aspects of the Screwfix set up are quite slick and well run, but it is patently obvious that sales numbers are the key concern. This is to the detriment of the customers in my view. After a recent incident there I will be taking my £3000 worth of yearly business elsewhere.
