Very disappointing to be lied to your face, they lost a parcel containing classic car parts that would be hard to find again.When at depot I questioned how the parcel could be delivered to a business with similar name, only to be told the sender had not labelled correctly.Having retrieved the parcel myself only to discover not only was the label correct it was impeccable and included phone numbers and return address.Royal Mail should take ownership of their mistakes, if they were as good as the sender, it would not have got miss delivered.

After having an issue with a parcel that we sent to one of our customers through our Business account, we contacted Royal mail call centre in Sunderland (That is where the operator said she was from) and we spoke to a person called Natalie, who has been extremely unprofessional, sarcastic and rude over the phone. I wanna mention though, that the parcel was supposed to go to St Albans City, but because of OUR mistake, we sent it to Borehamwood. We contacted Royal mail for a simple help and support. However, Natalie from the calls centre in Sunderland said that the only option would be waiting 18 days for the parcel to come back to us. She could not try any other solution, apart of been rude and sarcastic. After this horrible experience i decided to speak to our accounts manager phone line and in minutes they sorted everything and promised that we could have the items within 3-5 days instead. The person that has been helpful and professional is from the Royal Mail Dearne call centre and her name is Kerry. Well done to Kerry which is a true customer service qualified operator.
P.S: This bad experience does not involve Royal mail in general or any other operator apart from an operator called Natalie.
