When to return some equipment to EE, I am a disabled driver so this is handy as there is a loading bay just round the corner which I can use, without getting a parking ticket, as this is allowed in Sunderland, was informed of this by a traffic warden. But obviously use your common sense. You can get a wheelchair in but you could be left waiting outside as space is limited

I use this post office at least once or twice a week. The female staff are very polite and helpful unfortunately today the male behind the counter was dismissive and unhelpful. The parcel I had could be returned via Royal Mail however he was too impatient for me to load up the bar code which came through. Need of customer service training. I have patiently waited many times for people to gain assistance needed however he obviously thought other customers more important.

Post office service was abysmal. The man who 'served' me today couldn't even say please or thank you. Miserable monosyllabic man with no customer service skills at all.

Very friendly staff and most helpful too. Always take a little more time to help customers that need the assistance, you don't see nearly enough of that kind of service these days.
