Great friendly service and very reasonable prices, had some minor issues the day after our flooring was fit in our new build and New Image sent someone out straight away (on a Saturday) to get it sorted for us.Special thanks to Jonny and Dave for being so informative and helpful throughout the whole process!

I had to replace flooring quickly in my rental apartment twice due to water leaks in each bathroom. New Image were competitive friendly patient and very helpful. The flooring was replaced quickly and much cheaper than on internet.

Used them a year ago... Lino had a ridge in which I was told would settle, it didn't it got worse, they came back and said washing machine had leaked and caused it, it didn't! Had to try and rectify myself... Getting it redone now and not by them! Avoid!!
