First time customer but definitely won't be the last. The level of customer care is second to none, I was kept informed on the state of repairs to my car and for the work that required doing the speed it was completed in was more than satisfactory.Some major fast fit centres don't always have the best reputation but Paul and his team were outstanding and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs work on their cars.

I cannot fault the service we receive at Croxdale. Super easy drop off, exceptional, curteous, knowledgeable staff and every effort taken to ensure a positive outcome for us. We use this garage regularly. It's convenient and always a reasonable and competitive price for a first- class job.

Was recommended to use Croxdale Autocentre, Sunderland. I am so pleased I took my friend's advice. Both my front and rear brake discs and pads were replaced on my Toyota Yaris. The value for money was exceptional, less than half the price quoted by my local Toyota main garage. Kevin, who is a very amiable man kept me informed of my car's progress. A very satisfactory experience throughout.I highly recommend this garage, I shall definitely be using it myself for future repairs, tyres etc.

Today I had the misfortune to have a slow puncture in one of my tyres. I therefore needed to find somewhere to fix it quickly, before it got any worse. The service I received here could not have been better, in any respect.Service: Tires

Car was in for a major service and MOT. First time I've used this branch since moving house but have used croxdale fast fit garages before. As always a friendly face to greet me. Updates throughout the day with any work that needed doing and a reasonable price to pay at the end of it. Definitely be using these guys again.
