Should open late at least 1 day a week, ( even if hours stay the same, instead of 8 to 3,, do 12 to 7 one day a week) for those who work and can?t get there before 3pm?. Not everyone wants or is happy to talk to a computer.

Every evening, at 4 ish. Two cleaners from this branch sit in the greggs opposite. One is extremely rude and un controlled. If you don't like job as a cleaner don't take it out on others.

Over the course of several days, I came to this bank to open an account with it, and every day a new employee comes and asks me for other papers, and today I decided not to open it again, and I do not advise anyone to deal with this bank at all.

Very well looked after in the Sunderland City Centre branch. Went in to settle my late grandmother's estate and Chantelle dealt with everything with care and compassion. She reassured me that Barlcays had everything in order and made the entire process very simple and efficient. One of the many reasons that I have and will always bank with Barclays.

Had made an app error, had to go to bank whilst on holiday. Dreading it after these reviews. Staff in the bank were all great. Laura Ann managed to unravel my complex mis payment and it has been refunded. Although we had to queue for a bit the branch was absolutely fine, and our advisor, Lara Ann, was cheerful, professional and worked out how to fix MY error. Thanks to all there.

The customer service representative asking me why I want to open another account when I already have one with another bank. Is there a limit to the number of accounts one must have?

When I walk in with my own hand sanitiser visibly sanitising my hands and certain staff STILL feel the need to spout their rehearsed lines... 'can you make sure you sanitise your hands for me per-lease!'. What do you think I'm doing, rubbing my hands with glee? Shush, just carry on standing there doing nothing with the other 4 members of staff there on the shop floor while I march over to self service.

I go every week to deposit cash and everytime queue is a mile long and you wait for ages to pay in with only one person taking money and everyone else just standing about. I know there is a pandemic but Lloyds bank over the road never has a queue because they have plenty staff serving and still have measures in place to keep you safe . Barclays you need to up your game.
