The staff here are awesome. They put up with a LOT of people being downright rude looking for lost mail (or kicking off when there's a queue that they don't like standing in..or whatever else is disgruntling them at the given time..) which is totally not fair (these lovely RM staff aren't paid enough to put up with your nastiness people - don't do it!!) However, they always manage to stay polite and professional - even when the afore-mentioned kinda customer is going nuts across the desk - I don't know how they do it (I couldn't!!!) They're courteous, helpful and efficient - even to those who don't deserve it. 5? from me ?????Update: it's a shame they closed early today though! I just legged it down there with two minutes to spare before the 5pm Saturday closure but they'd already locked the doors! ? Devas! ??

No wonder Royal Mail is in decline. If you miss a parcel delivery you have to go to the depot which only opens on certain days for 2 hours! Whilst other couriers will endeavour to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place Royal Mail do not, my missed delivery would actually went through my letter box! Now when ordering online I will consider if Royal Mail will be the delivery company before placing an order. Terrible service, I only gave one star as giving none is not possible

Always had great customer service from here! Sometimes have a bit of a wait at peak times but never too long. Would be great to have a regular later collection once a week, maybe a Thursday?
