“I don't know why people write reviews complaining about the high interest payments BH charge on their goods as it's all laid out clearly and simply when you take out a contract. They offer credit to people who have a poor rating and I suppose they have to offset the risks in some way. I have nothing but positive comments about the service I've received from my local branch (South Shields).”

They're not BHF Delivery guys.This is an external commpany that BHF use, and so BHF can't make them do anything they don't want to so don't give BHF a bad rating for something beyond their control.They're great at delivering and they're both friendly and professional. As far as I'm concerned; there's not a complaint to be made about them.”
