I rang my gp to order meds for my grandson, i was told there was a prescription sent to Darlings on the 22nd Nov, i rang you and you told me there wasn't one there and therefore it was collected. As this was a change in medication, an increased from 15mg to 30mg, the fact that i thought my grandson having no meds left made me think he had been over dosing and taking 2 of the 30mg. I rang my GP back who said they would have to speak to a pharmacist as it was over prescribing, which it was looking like that. My gp rang you and you told them there was a prescription there from the 22nd Nov?? and now my Gp had very forward you another unnecessarily. How can you get things so wrong, you caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion, for me, my grandson who i had to contact at work asking what he had done with his meds, who was panicking he wasnt get his meds which he needs to keep taking, thank goodness for the great receptionist, Sharon from St Georges Medical Centre.

Noticed a massive improvement in this Pharmacy in recent months. New staff seem super efficient compared to the chaos it used to be. Used to take an hour to find your prescription now in and out in minutes. Pharmacist friendly and helpful. Much better experience.

I've just started using this Pharmacy and i have found the staff very helpful each timeive been in. Everytime i have ordered a prescription, its there immediately or there the next day. So i think this is a very good Pharmacy, which i will continue to use for my childrens and my own medications.

Good for prescriptions, poor for over the counter medications, very limited stock!

They are a waste of time, you go in there to get your prescription after you have been to the doctor and you are waiting for half hour, you try to call them and you are waiting in a queue for nearly a hour because they are to busy talking about what they are going to be doing that evening or over the weekend which is completely unacceptable and when you complain to them about how long you have been waiting for they say we are so sorry but we are really busy even when there isn?t hardly anyone waiting for your prescription!!!!

I have an under active thyroid and I need to take tablets everyday for the rest of my life, well I get 3 months at a time but every time I need to order a repeat prescription it takes me on average a week to get through then I have to wait 3 days to get my tablets by then I am ill and if the worse was to happen u would go to sleep and not wake up ,I have stressd every time I have to order its the same, there is no care or concern when your speaking to someone on phone

I've been picking up repeat prescriptions here since 2017 and in general they've been most efficient and helpful. So much so that after I changed address a year ago I kept coming here, even though they're a bit further away and require a slightly more convoluted journey back after picking up prescriptions.Over the course of 2023 their level of service has fallen away badly, with there more often that not being a queue of half a dozen customers waiting to be served. On two recent instances despite my attending each week to pick up the same prescriptions they've turned out not had one of my medications in stock. On multiple occasions lately I've had to wait for up to an hour for my prescription to be ready for me.It sounds as if they are having trouble getting stocks of drugs, but given that the repeat prescriptions are sent to them electronically as they are my nominated pharmacy I can't easily take my prescription and go and try another pharmacy in the area in case they have some items in stock. This means I have no clear idea whether this is a sign of a wider problem in the area.Today I visited and discovered that as of next week they're changing their weekday opening hours to close at 1800. That would mean that I'd have to leave work earlier to pick up my prescriptions. (In fairness, their having been open on weekdays until 1830 was much better than the hours of other local pharmacies and was major factor in my sticking with them.)The change in opening hours does mean that I'm switching to a pharmacy nearer my home so that I have a better chance of leaving work and getting to the pharmacy before they close.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Really gone downhill in recent months. Long wait times. Prescriptions not ready on time. Avoid at all costs.

It's gone downhill. Try phoning but you're on the phone for nearly an hr trying to get through. Orders are forgotten about, you don't get texts to say when they're being delivered and you get the wrong items or items are missed. Don't try going into the actual Pharmacy it's just as bad.

They are very friendly, efficient and most helpful. They care very much, first stop for any medical, personal needs?

Another anticS of Farnham. Yesterday, I went to see GP for my abdominal pain. The receptionist told me that I cannot do it but ahould book appointment by phone. I told them I cannot get in after 30 minutes so she help me and told me that she book me for call appointment by my GP tomorrow at 1130hrs. Today, I waited for the call but it never realise. So after 3pm(give them another allowance) still the call did not materialise? So what I did I call the line luckily I went through the call responder told me that I was not booked(NOTE1: Don't TRUST them if they will tell them they give you appointment). She had book me so I waited another hour or more. Around 1716H my phone never did not went ringing instead it receive a voicemail, he explained I did not take the call and will try evening session(NOTE2: Another way to avoid their work). This is absurd! this worst than my country Philippines or even where I came from before I came to UK(Dubai). It's like I am living in a third world country, and if you go to the clinic people there only sitting and talking. It is better when you have any concern on your health, just call 111/999 not this clinic it is basically useless place. I don't know what services they will provide us?
