“Took my electric stapler back as stopped working today. Took apart to see if jammed but found nothing. Did find small spring inside had snapped. Explained to them, showed proof of purchase (Sep 2020) and exchanged no problem as had 2 year guarantee. Well done Screwfix. Excellent customer service ”
