Not happy with the customer service I received here. Got my car booked in for the service and they put the oil grade in which I didn?t want to be put in as my car was consuming a lot more of that grade. I suggested the other grade which was on the recommended list as well. However, clearly they didn?t paid attention to my request?

I booked my transit tourneo in Arnold Clark shiremoor for the wet belt recall everything went to plan staff were great was told it needed the belt changed this would be free of charge so I booked my vehicle back in could be up to 2 days it was done in 1 excellent service so I thought until I got home and coolant was pouring out I rang up booked back in when in they told me they are not liable for the coolant leak and would need a new water pump housing and pipes strange because it was fine until it had been in for the recall and this would be a cost of over £500 so after some arguing they will not take liability so I?m stuck in a corner as the bus is off the road so I set up a payment plan with them because I couldn?t afford it as a 1 off payment I then ring them the next day to be told it now needs a water pump because THEY have broken some of the plastic housing on the coolant housing and it?s went in the engine block so they now need to remove the water pump that will cost me over £300 so nearly £900 bill for something that wasn?t there before the vehicle went in so I?ve rang the complaints department they said it?ll take up to 72 hours to get back to me I?ve waited over 72 hours then rang them to be told it could now take another 5 to 10 days for a answer this is the only vehicle I have suitable for my daughter?s wheelchair and pulling my caravan so that?s at least 2 weekends we can not go to the caravan or anywhere else for that matter really bad experience
