Made appointment online as couldn't get through to talk to EE. Appointment was for noon. I arrived a couple of minutes early. No staff to be seen for next 5 minutes then I was asked to take a seat. Waited a further 10 minutes then left. They have no efficient system.... dealing with walk-ins rather than those who made appointments. I'm cancelling my contracts as you can never get in touch.

Bought two phones here, was told I?d pay £70pcm. I now pay £112 one year later. My Apple Music which I get as an inclusive add on has stopped working to which EE are unable to fix and blame Apple. Contract is up in a few months, I?ll definitely be going elsewhere.

I am not very clever with mobile phones and Danielle was so helpful, I can't praise her enough. Other colleagues have helped me when I've been back with problems and one talked me through something over the phone. I thoroughly recommend the shop.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable however in our case the delivery dates quoted were completely wrong. I was quoted 1 day for my watch and am still waiting 4 days later. My Daughter was quoted 3 days for her phone and still nothing after 4 days. Maybe they should carry more stock, just a thought.
