Car was booked in for its second service. It was on a Saturday and I chose to wait. The dealership was clean with comfortable seating and a coffee machine to help yourself to. All staff I encountered were friendly and informative. My car was returned to me in just over an hour and was gleaming. I have every confidence with this dealership and am happy to recommend it.

My car was in for MOT Today 08/03/2024 , from the moment I walked in to Volvo Stoneacre Newcastle , the receptionist was so pleasant and showed me through to the service department where I was met by Clare who was so helpful making sure what I had requested as extra on this visit was completed on my car and the advise they give me was fantastic and informative,then my report off the Mechanic was thorough and advice was taken on board by myself ??? Oh and by the way plenty of coffee went down well on my 2 hour appointment. See you when service is due ?

I have Purchased a Volvo C30 few year ago.met an amazing sales adviser Liam.he?s not only handsome but very good with a help as Iv had to send my car because it was some issues with a handbrake-it?s got shorted straight away.I had Liams own car at the time to borrow as curtesy car while mine was getting fixed.Any future plans for decent car I would definitely try to catch Liam again x stone cars ?
