Horrible experience just got the milk on Friday and the seal was broken. They should check the product they keep. It?s so far I can?t take it back to change. And the milk had gone bad. For milk you can?t really trust them.

I think it?s a nice little shop there and the staff were incredibly nice to me. Good service, prices and quite a lot to choose from for a small shop.

APPALLING AND DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE.Discriminate against disabled people in crisis. Do not fulfil their contractual obligations. The manager thought she could get away with not issuing a cash out voucher via the PayPoint system.A store colleague insinuated I was trying to scam them which I found grossly offensive and embarrassing.DO NOT ADVERTISE SERVICES THAT YOU DO NOT OFFER OR CAN?T BE BOTHERED WITH.THEY ALSO USE FACIAL RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY. I HAD TO CONSENT TO THIS UNDER DURESS. I WILL BE MAKING A GDPR REQUEST FOR THEM TO REMOVE MY DATA FROM THEIR SYSTEMS.

DISGUSTING GO ANOTHER MILE DONT GO TO THIS SHOPI went there to drop of parcel yodel drop off point the manger told me to get lost because he could not be bothered scanning my parcel individually I run a business I can?t afford for you to say no because you can?t be bothered he said the shops too busy for scanning parcels and there was 1 customer in the shop than the lad comes up to me and try?s pushing me out like I?m a thief lucky he didn?t get his hands on me. End of the day I?ll go somewhere else don?t offer a service you can't be bothered to serve no blame to spar really good shop but the workers disgusting I will never go there every again

On the contrary to most reviews about the staff who work here, they happen to have the most polite and enthusiastic gentleman in any shop I've been in working here!! The geezer with the beard and glasses, always addresses me as 'sir'. Great shop and nice staff. F***k the haters

Awful customer service unless you like your bought purchase items thrown back at you and listen to both cashier's having a full blown conversation. Very rude.

Extremely poor customer service. Not by all employees but by most. Complaining about printing off return labels in front of customers, saying they can't be bothered to look at expired parcels. Uncalled for rude behaviour towards customers. I wouldn't recommend here if you want something done properly.
