Purchased: Sennheiser Sport True Wireless earbuds.No problem. I?d had issues with the Shure Aonic 215s and had to return 2 faulty pairs, but I was refunded without hassle, and Richer Sounds didn?t make the earbuds (tip: be careful with the Shure earbuds- very unreliable).Staff are helpful, keen and knowledgeable, and will give honest opinions on other items.The Sennheiser earbuds are excellent for their price. Decent audio, good fit for when running, decent battery life, although you might get slight aching if you wear them for too long - just like most earbuds.

Excellent service by Newcastle branch as my Cambridge audio X301 developed a fault and my guarantee had ran out a month ago, but they still fixed it free of charge. I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was fixed by Wednesday.The staff were really friendly and very helpful!

Ordered Project Primary E turntable online.I placed the order on a Saturday morning within 24hrs the item had arrived in store.Great service.Store staff (Newcastle) really good to deal with no hassle, courteous and efficient.I found a £10 off voucher (after I?d purchased) sitting in my junk email, I emailed customer service and they kindly refunded me the £10.Really couldn?t fault the process

Not one for writing these things to be honest but credit where credit is due, the staff at Newcastle are first class, Dale, Euan and Anis were incredibly helpful in sorting a turntable out for me. I had previously bought a sound bar from Euan so I was a returning customer and I will return again. Cannot fault their level of customer service, very grateful and many thanks.

Had what I wanted in stock and didnt just match the best price in the UK but beat that price by a decent amount. Way cheaper than Amaz*n etc even before postage / subs ;)Helpful knowledgeable staff in a city centre location and great prices. Support these businesses!

Visited the store before Xmas.With my daughter.3 members of staff. Zero customers.Stood there for several minutes while the staff chatted amongst themselves... they made no contact nor said hello.Left and went elsewhere.

I hardly ever leave reviews but over the last few years richer sounds Newcastle has been some of the best customer service I have ever received.Really lovely helpful staff, fantastic guarantee service and they just do whatever they can to accommodate you. I cannot recommend them enough.
