just a joke of a bank! what's the point of telephone banking after office hours if your just going to flag new payee request for fraud when I could answer any security questions but no one is available with security clearance. to top it off you lock our online banking so I cant arrange further payments to Payees that already set up.A customer leaving..

Always very friendly and helpful staff. Even in these difficult times, they are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Far to many other banks just treat you like a number, but RBS Newcastle really make you feel appreciated and welcome.

Waited over 15 minutes to be served as there was only one teller working with a large queue forming behind me. Three other RBS staff sat talking & actually laughing on the seats at the back. When I asked them if anyone else could help me all I got was an abrasive "No"!! This is why I am closing my account with them, yes lots of hassle doing this but I can't continue with this bad customer service.

Bad customer service. No members of staff will answer your telephone call and the only two times I decided to visit the place in person (in 5 years) , the whole RBS system was down and they told me to come back another day. Rubbish.

Hardly use the branch as I do most stuff online but when I do they are courteous, helpful and quick. Great service and no pressure. Well done RBS!

I am really appreciate with the service. All staffs are so friendly and Helpful.the bank you can trust is RBS. I find it's one of the best bank in town. Now the advantages is they open on Saturday until 3.00
