Staff were in the rear of the shop and I said hello several times .. I heard them talking and I was ignored .. As I left 2 people were about to enter so I advised them not to bother .. They walked away .. Went to Wallsend where they are always helpful very friendly and efficient

Complete rip off merchants.Tried to offer me £3 each for pure silver 1oz coins.Went to Corbitts in town and got £20 each.
