Customer service needs some improvement, won't be using this post office in future

Been using this post office for a few months since the beginning of lockdown for my new online business. Staff seem nice and also are honest about the charges and always try to give you the cheapest postage costs, unlike other offices I have been, they don't try to flatten air from packages for the best price for you, they just charge you the next one up!
