This post office is situated at the back corner of the convenience store.Easy to find, and has a ramp entrance for access. Eventhough the aisles seem quite narrow, I feel a wheelchair user could easily navigate through.The store is not that big, so accessing the post office is easy enough. There's a counter situated at the corner where 2 members of staff attend to people. Service is quick and friendly and very straightforward.One thing to consider however is that since there are only two members of staff (at least when I visited), a queue can easily form in the middle aisle. You just have to be patient for your turn. When I came in for my visit, I was last in the queue - and it took me roughly 10 minutes to be served.As mentioned, service is fairly quick - I feel the staff try to make the experience as speedy and as friendly as they can. Nothing to fault.Was happy with my experience!

Great customer service. I really feel I have been helped by Joanne, who helped me renew my driving licence. She is a very professional, good customer handler, didn't rush and gave me enough time to sort out the process.Keep it you deserve a big thank you.

Staff are amazing and always friendly. Hard working to get all customers served swiftly but a cash counting machine would help to improve the service

Staff refused to accept my return prepaid parcel saying that 'it needs to have a courier packaging' (in addition to it's original packaging). Partner went in to return the same parcel, got done in a jiffy. Read into that what you will!

Evening service (from convenience store counter) now withdrawn, but still open on Sundays during the day. Often queues at busy times.

The times are wrong for the Post Office. Parcels cannot be accepted before 9am, although they are open until 9pm. Pre-paid letters can be accepted before 9am.
