As someone has said before, this Post Office will try to overcharge you. On several occasions when I have tried to send small items, they have tried to charge me £3.20 even though the other Post Offices at Four Lane Ends and Chillingham Road charged less than £2.00, and that was for first class! Will not bother coming here anymore, even though it is the closest Post Office to my home. I also find that the Asian lady, who I assume is the owner, is extremely rude to customers. I have seen her snap at several people before and it makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

Sadly I was extremely overcharged. The same exact service was offered for on third the price at four lane ends post office 2 days later.

I visited this post office yesterday, the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch her name) was the most helpful sales person I've ever met. A true credit to the company. i'll definitely return.
